egg plant casserole


method of preparation
________
1 kg of eggplant, peeled and sliced medium thickness and strewn by the salt
1 kg of red tomatoes, peeled and sliced
Cup chickpeas, soaked and boiled half cooked
Outstanding food from the dry ground mint
Cup onion, peeled and cut into pandemics
6 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed with a little salt
Chili pepper (optional)
10 cloves of garlic peeler
Half tea spoon of salt (as desired)
Cups vegetable oil
A pinch of sugar
